Volunteer at this historic international event……and have fun

Volunteering is fun, builds skills and you meet people 

We are seeking friends to help us establish a dynamic supporting team for the 1st SE Asian Bioregional Permaculture Convergence and its associated events. This is a message for anyone interested in providing voluntary help and building a better future.

You will:

          1.  Meet permaculturists and other environmentalists from SE Asia
          2.  Assist in some workshops
          3.  Learn from visitors
          4.  Build your skills and CV
          5.  Take responsibility for tasks
          6.  Contribute to a unique gathering
          7.  Assist our region's sustainability

For the Permaculture Convergence, 19-22 November 2012

We need to work really hard to make the regional participants feel at home during the Convergence from 19-22 November 2012 so to achieve the best in this rare gathering opportunity. There is a range of task to prepare for the events and please indicate your level of commitment and skills. Here it is a general list of tasks that we need your help:

ASK-me Team: Help participants settling in warmly and sort out matters ranging from making a phone call and equipment supply
Kitchen Angels: Preparing delicious, vegetarian food for everyone in a team of volunteers
Support Team:                 Support smooth operation of workshops

Use your language skills

Your will be accommodated in the dormitory at Kadoorie Institute Shek Kong during the 4-day Convergence.

For the Permaculture Festival, 17-18 November 2012

We need your help as interpreters and/or assistants of the overseas permaculturists in engaging general public to a wide range of learning experience during the two-day festival at Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden.
